Freshly baked goods from family-owned, Jurgen's Bakery in Melbourne.
The story begins in a small outlet based in Cheltenham back in 1995 by a small group of bakers. After much progress Eduardo Rato decided to purchase Jurgens Swiss Bakery in 2003 and currently operates it as a family-owned business. Mr Rato has 40 years of extensive business experience, having previously owned Bernard’s Bakery and also Tiago Poultry.
