I'm interested in applying, how do I get started?

  1. Firstly, you will need to either sign up for a Foodbomb account or log in to your Foodbomb account.
  2. Navigate to 'Accounts' from the menu on the left side of the platform then 'Payment Method' and select 'Apply for BombPay'.
  3. You will be redirected to the BombPay application form. Ensure you have the following documents handy
    - Bank statement dated within the last 90 days
    - Government-issued ID (i.e. drivers license or passport)

    Note: only the business owner should apply for BombPay
  4. Hit submit and you're done!

How long does the approval process take?

Depending on the credit amount requested, you will hear back from the BombPay team with your approved line credit within 48 hours.

How much does BombPay cost?

BombPay is completely free and there are no fees, ever!

How do I pay my invoices?

All invoices will be direct debited automatically on the invoice due date. You are also able to pay an outstanding invoices before the due date.

What happens if I need to change my bank details?
Bank details can also be added or amended in the BombPay portal.

What about accounting integrations, does BombPay connect with Xero?

If you've already integrated Foodbomb with your Xero account then they don’t need to do anything else. If you have not integrated you Xero account will also be able to integrate with Xero after activating your BombPay account.

When will I be invoiced?

Once your order is 'Processed' by the Supplier you are invoiced straight away in the BombPay platform. Payment is due 21 days after your order order has been processed by the supplier.
