It’s easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Firstly, you will need to either sign up for a Foodbomb account or log in to your Foodbomb account.
  2. Navigate to 'Account' from the drop-down menu on the top right of the platform and select 'Accounting Integrations'.
  3. Select 'Connect to Xero' to create an Amaka account and then follow the prompts to connect your Foodbomb account to your Xero account!

Can the Amaka team help me set up my accounting integrations?

Of course! If you or your bookkeeper would like to request a walk through or discuss the capabilities of the integration in more detail, you can schedule a support session with one of our integration experts.

How much does the accounting integrations cost?

The Foodbomb + Xero accounting integration is 100% free.

Can I back sync historical data?

Yes! You can select the data that you wish the data to be synced from on the integration scheduler page during setup. If you wish to backdate your data by more than 12 months, our support team can help you.

When I integrate, what Foodbomb information is available in Xero?

Once set up and integrated, all Foodbomb orders that have been finalised (orders that have been processed and invoiced by the supplier) will sync with your Xero account on a daily basis.

I don't use Xero, will you have integrations with other accounting platforms?

Absolutely, we know not everyone uses Xero which is why we're working to get more accounting integrations up and running. Complete our short survey to let us know what you use and we'll be sure to notify you once it's ready for you!
